After teaching philosophy for many years at local colleges in Washington State, the Lord called him to full-time pastoral ministry. He attended Covenant Theological Seminary where he received a Master of Divinity from Covenant Seminary. He was ordained as a teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America in 2022. Before being called to Three Rivers Presbyterian Church in Grove, he served as an Assistant Pastor for two years at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Issaquah, Washington.

He and Katrina have been married since 2016. They have two daughters: Nora and Charlotte. They love living in Oklahoma, especially in Grove. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, playing sports, reading, and rooting for Gonzaga Basketball.
